Everyevent has been looking after the administration and management of The Law Society’s European Group’s membership and annual programme of events since 1998.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provision of full administrative support for the Group’s Committee and its members
  • Membership renewals and financial management
  • Organisation of monthly seminars
  • Management of an annual conference, usually in Brussels
  • Venue sourcing for the conference and its associated gala dinner
  • Speaker liaison including production of all conference papers
  • Delegate registrations and financial management
  • Organisation of the Group’s annual black tie dinner
  • Production of all promotional materials including the Group’s website
