Everyevent has been looking after the administration and management of The Law Society’s European Group’s membership and annual programme of events since 1998.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provision of full administrative support for the Group’s Committee and its members
- Membership renewals and financial management
- Organisation of monthly seminars
- Management of an annual conference, usually in Brussels
- Venue sourcing for the conference and its associated gala dinner
- Speaker liaison including production of all conference papers
- Delegate registrations and financial management
- Organisation of the Group’s annual black tie dinner
- Production of all promotional materials including the Group’s website
