One Life Live is an annual consumer lifestyle exhibition which takes place in the Grand Hall of Olympia in London. Everyevent is responsible for managing the logistics and sales for the entire event, meeting the needs of over 300 exhibitors and 16,000 visitors
Key responsibilities include:
- Selling exhibition space to a wide range of companies and organisations
- Appointing and managing all event contractors, including shell scheme, lighting, audio-visual, graphics, box office, catering, etc
- Handling all exhibitor bookings and overseeing the event budget and finances
- Liaison with the venue
- Security and health and safety compliance
- Management of speaker requirements
- Production of all staging and audio-visual requirements
- Production of exhibitor manual
- Design and co-ordination of all feature areas and sponsor stands
