Key responsibilities include:
- Despatch of invitations to the entire Post Office network
- Production of a tailored database to handle all responses
- Management of all replies including delegate dietary and other requirements
- Set-up and running of a call centre to chase replies and handle all telephone enquiries
- Issuing all joining instructions for each of the 424 events to 14,000 sub post offices
- Daily reporting to the client for each event
- Co-ordination of Post Office speakers for each event
- Managing ‘mop-up’ events for those unable to attend one of the first round
